Security
Report a security concern.
We welcome good-faith reports that help us protect KIZATEL systems and users.
Before reporting
Do not access, copy, change, or destroy data that is not yours. Do not disrupt services, use social engineering, test physical security, or perform denial-of-service testing. Stop when you have enough evidence to describe the issue.
What to include
- The affected product or public URL.
- A concise description and potential impact.
- Reproduction steps that avoid sensitive data.
- Your preferred contact details.
Do not include credentials, private keys, customer data, or exploit data beyond what is necessary. Use the contact page to request the current private reporting channel; do not place vulnerability details in the general enquiry.
What to expect
We will aim to acknowledge a valid channel request and coordinate proportionately. This page does not promise a bounty, fixed response time, safe-harbor beyond applicable law, or public disclosure date.
